Is It Time For Tennis?

Taking time out to enjoy some of your favourite things is so important for recharging your batteries. This month, Helen and Diane popped down to Wimbledon to watch some first class tennis at the Ladies Quarter Finals.  There were some excellent matches with both Serena Williams and Simona Halep in top form on the day.

Remembering to have a few days away from routine can really help to recharge the batteries.  As leading divorce solicitors, both Helen and Diane encourage clients to take time away occasionally.

Helen comments, “All of us need to take the odd day off as it gives everyone the time to refocus on themselves.

Getting through the initial few days when a divorce commences and then coming to terms with what’s happening all around is important.  As part of this, a change of scene is always beneficial.

A break from calls or emails will help to clear the mind and people can self-soothe. When people return to the office they will feel refreshed and in a better place mentally to cope with changes taking place every day in their private life.

We set an example to clients by spending time together in one of our favourite environments. It was lovely to make some great memories beyond the office.”
